Khalid Al Rajhi, Chairman & Managing Director

Khalid Al Rajhi is the founder, Chairman & Managing Director of Exensys. He has vast experience of nearly 25 years in Project Management, Contract Management and Facilities Management with well-known organizations. With this kind of varied experience, he has brilliant strategic plans for Exensys in the global enterprise products markets. He has a Degree in Civil Engineering and a Degree in the Naval Sciences. He is well versed in the businesses having exhaustive training in significant workshops such as Organizational Effectiveness Cycle, Projects Management including the 7 Habits Workshop. He has been the principal investor and is the visionary, driving "Team Exensys". 

Ali Abdullah M. Al Duqish, Director

He has completed M.S. in Remote Sensing from Cranfield University, England in 1995. He received training from the world finest institutes; Great Britain (more than 5 years), Holland (18 months), France (33 months), Sweden (6 weeks) and also in USA. He was the founder and director of Space Information Center, team leader and committee chairman for the implementation of science and technology and took initiatives in various institutions and organizations. He is the founder of Space Data Establishment for Information Technology (SDEIT). He has over 30 years of intensive experience in space technology, satellite systems, remote sensing, GIS, GPS, image processing and interpretation, IT, survey and earth sciences, and Geospatial information databases. He has more than 2 years experience in executing, managing and coordinating international contracts. He is a well known figure in space technology.

He has over 30 years of experience in various fields like Finance & Accounts, Office Administration and Banking Industry. He served a nationalized bank for 15 years at different levels and also enriched his experience by working for 10 years in multinational companies across the globe.

He possesses qualifications of M.Com, LLM, PGDCL, PGDM, (CS- Inter). His professional career includes 3 years with M/s. BPL Ltd., Hyderabad, 3 years with M/s.Zenath Paper Traders, a division of ETA- Ascon Group Co., Dubai, U.A.E.. Since he is passionate with legal profession, he started his Legal Profession in the year 2000 with legal firm M/s. Vijay Kumar & Associates, Hyderabad for 3 years, and later on started his practice as an Advocate for some time. He joined Exensys in Sept’ 2005 worked as Sr. Manager – Legal & Corporate Affairs. He has an overall experience of 21 years in the fields of Finance, Accounts and Legal.

C.H.D.V.V.Prasad Rao is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Andhra University. He has an experience of more than 12 years in the field of finance and has served in the capacity of Head of Finance for Vizag Beach Resorts Private Limited for more than 5 years where he was instrumental in forming strategy and vision for the said Company. He has been associated with various companies as Finance Consultant providing expert advice and guidance on financial and other allied matters. Presently he is acting as Chief Financial Officer of M/s Fineplast Polymer Limited, a BSE Listed Company; he has played a pivotal role in getting the Company listed in the BSE. He is a man of visionary and is in the board of many BSE listed Companies serving in the capacity of Independent Directors where he guides the Company in the financial matters.

V.V.Vinod Kumar is a Bachelor of Commerce and Law Graduate from Colleges affiliated to Osmania University. He has a vast experience of nearly a decade in Law Practice as he has practiced as an Advocate with Trial Courts in Hyderabad and also in the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. He is also been associated with various companies as Independent Director which are been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange. He is instrumental in providing legal advices and guidance to the Company in the legal and allied matters.

R.Srinivasu is a Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He has a rich experience of nearly half a decade of being in the profession and to his credit a reasonable clientele. He is instrumental in providing financial advices and guidance to the Company.
