Global Delivery Model
The Global Delivery Model, GDM is the cornerstone of Exensys’ initiatives to deliver solutions to the end users as per their exact requirements. The GDM groups are as follows:
Global Sales Group (GSG)
Global Consulting Group (GCG)
Center of Excellence (COE)
Global Delivery Group (GDG)
Product Development Group (PDG)
Product Customotization Group (PCG)
Global Support and Maintenance Group (GSMG)
The above groups are supported by Technical Services Team, Information Services Team and eXensys Center of excellence.
eXensys products, solutions and services are delivered as per Global Delivery Model
1.1. Global Sales Group (GSG) – Identifies and recruits channel partners and consultants from various parts of the world to deliver eXensys range of products and services. The GSG group is a key link in communication gateway between Exensys, its partners and customers. The GSG's primary responsibility is to understand the needs of customers and deliver a solution that exactly meets their needs.
1.2. Global Consulting Group (GCG) - GCG’s primary role is to help our clients to create and sustain competitive advantage to succeed in the market place. The GCG interacts with the clients in order to understand their needs and documents their requirements. The GCG group maps the understanding to the features and functionality of eXensys. This exchange of information between the clients and the GCG (or local consultants of its partners) helps in delivering the right solution that exactly meets their need.
1.3. Global Support and Maintenance Group (GSMG) - GSMG supports and maintains the products, solutions and services. “First Click” is a dedicated support portal that manages the global support process.
1.4. Center of Excellence (COE) – COE is an independent business unit that plays a significant role in the product development along with its main function of conducting certification programs and education programs. The COE documents all its studies and global implementations which are in turn passed on to the GCG and PDG who incorporate these learnings in the future version of eXensys products. COE also keeps a track of other product implementations to learn from the industry success and failures to again contribute to the future development of eXensys.
1.5. Global Delivery Group (GDG) – GDG manages delivery excellence of all the activities. This is forwarded for support to the GSMG after project sign-off. GDG interacts with the GCG to learn the specific requirements of the client and is responsible for product customization or project development for client specific requirements.
1.6. Product Development Group (PDG) – PDG is responsible for Product development and the enhancements for eXensys products. PDG gets the enhancement inputs from GCG, GDG and the GSMG. The findings are documented and are incorporated in subsequent releases.
1.7. Product Customization Group (PCG) – PCG is responsible for customizing eXensys ERP products as per the customer need, based on the inputs given by GCG in the form of base-lined SRS or in the form of change/service requests. Product customization plays a vital role in almost all the phases (Initiation, Planning, Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Pre-implementation and Post-implementation) of product implementation life cycle.
